Appointment Policy

ARRIVAL & LATENESS

Your appointments are very important to us and it is reserve especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, out of courtesy for the next client, if you are more than 10 minutes late it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

CANCELLATION

We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

 

1st TIME NO SHOW- No worries! We all get busy and forget..

2nd TIME NO SHOW- 50% deposit at the time of booking. 

3rd TIME NO SHOW- 100% deposit at the time of booking.

Any deposits made will be applied in full to your service, so long as you keep your appointment. 

 

MICROBLADING CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your scheduled appointment time is specifically set aside for you with Rachelle. Therefore, we kindly ask for a 72 hours notice in order to fill your appointment. All cancellations or reschedule requires at least 72 hours notice or you will be subject to charges.

If a 72 hours notice is not provided or you do not show up to your appointment, there will be a charge on the credit/debit card that you have provided when requesting for the appointment slot. The charge will be the full price of the service you wish to receive. By providing your information during the time of booking, it gives us the consent to charge your card if any of these circumstances apply to you.

A second session is required to finalize the Microblading procedure and you as a client will be responsible to reschedule within 6 to 8 weeks. Although you may rebook the touch up appointment beyond 8 weeks,  however it will be consider as Microblading Correction and Touch-up and you will be charged for this based on your touch up fee schedule.

Mabista accepts cash & credit card. Please note that there will be a 4% service charge (fees and taxes) if you were to pay with your credit card for any semi permanent makeup services. Furthermore, payments are broken down in two sessions and will be due on the day of each procedure. 

 

VISITORS

We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients.

***Only you as a client can come in.***

 

PAYMENTS

We accept payment in the form of cash, credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

Gratuity is greatly appreciated.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. NO REFUND.

 

PERSONAL BELONGING

We are not responsible for lost items left behind. Therefore, please do not take valuables with you, or keep all your jewelry and other items in a safe place in your own bag.

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
